How does it work?

Once you sign up, we’ll reach out to obtain and confirm our access to your website.  With confirmed access to your site, you’ll be free to submit tasks for us to work on.

Can you support more than one site?

Of course, but each plan is for a single site. You are free to sign up multiple times for multiple sites.

What is a “small” task?

We define “small” as something that takes 30 minutes or less. If you’re unsure if what you need fits into that limit, simply get in contact and we’ll give you an idea how long we’d need to work on your problem. Many of our clients find their larger requests can be broken down into smaller elements. If you truly do have a task beyond the scope of TechTe.am’s services, we won’t abandon you. We have relationships with several trusted providers that support larger projects, and we’ll be happy to make introductions.

Can you help with XYZ?

Here at TechTe.am we only employ the best. Our staff generally have full stack php experience or similar. What that means to you is we’re comfortable and capable handling pretty much all your web design needs, from server configuration through simple HTML/CSS changes. However complicated you think your task is, we’ll have somebody who can help.

Limitless? Really?

We’re happy to complete any reasonable number of tasks. We don’t like to assign arbitrary numbers to our client relationships, so we’ll be fair as long as you are. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know before the relationship becomes strained.

Is the service really 24-hour?

We assess all incoming tasks by level of urgency. If you need critical support on a weekend, we’ll be there for you. Non-urgent tasks will be completed during weekday business hours.
